Okay, I need a place to get rid of this. A new Box drop event, yay. It's nice to have events and it's great for new players to get starting cash.
That's where reality kicks in. The day the event started, people started shouting "Buying all Amps/Reversion Scrolls, 3m!" "Buying all Azria Tickets 7/15 days, 5m/10m!" or even less.
I'm always glad to see an event, but it really is sad what people manage to make of it.
At least pay a FAIR price, tell the people what the items are worth, and stop that sad public full-shout-scamming of new players for who 5m might be the world until they find out some glowy person was just nice to them to rip them off.
Nobody's asking to overpay on those items, the prices dropped, that's how it goes, but abusing a newbie who's clearly not familiar with those items or the economy is just really low.
I know it's not the first time it's happening and if you've made a new character during an event like this, chances are high you encountered someone trying to buy your items for a ridiculous price as well.
