By any chance did they change the sucess rate in one of the updates? Because I tried 60 [I Have a Potty Mouth] times trying to upgrade my weapon from +9 to +10 and it failed all 60 times..  I'm gonna go try to get the penya to get 20 more spros and if it fails those 20 times, I think its time to move to a new game. Because thats just silly and makes buying spros not even worth it... And even if its all based on luck I would think by now it would have upgraded to +10.
