I noticed a fairly recent change in Dekane today while finishing the quest on an alt. I last worked on the quest approximately two to three months ago, and the following change was not present then.

I noticed one of the Pink Roach Queen eggs no longer spawns a Queen. It's the one that is typically in the back left of the room, when facing the room from the hallway. That particular egg consistently did not spawn a Queen for me today.

Thinking that it was the egg that was once the one that was not locked by the Wake Roach Water (the one that people abuse), I backpacked the Water and checked. The unlocked egg is still unlocked, and still spawns a Queen. The other egg that tends to appear in the same patch is the Queen-less egg, and it is still locked by the Water.

Has anyone else recently done the quest and noticed this? Is this something that should be reported as a bug, or is it just an oversight by the developers?
